Welcome to this quiet 2br/2ba condo on Cathedral Hill. Your cozy stay includes a main-level bed/bath and a lower-level bed/bath, accessible by a spiral staircase. Enjoy a show on our smart TV w/soundbar & subwoofer while cooking up your meals in our well-equipped kitchen, or coil up with a book and a throw blanket. If you’re so inclined, you might even wish to relax on the patio in the privacy-fenced yard.

Good to know

On the main level, you’ll find one bed and one bath, the living room, and the kitchen. The lower level is accessed via a spiral staircase and features one bed and one bath, a den area, and the laundry. Outside, the porch and patio is in our fenced-in yard. Please note the yard may be shared with tenants of a neighboring Airbnb unit.

Neighborhood

Cathedral Hill overlooks downtown Saint Paul and the Capital. It has a thriving bar and restaurant scene with a number of small, local boutiques, gym, yoga, and a bottle shop to choose from. And with Mississippi Market co-op just a few blocks away, this area is highly walkable and might let you leave your car at home all day.

We enjoyed our stay so much - the apartment was lovely, very comfortably furnished, and quite roomy for 3 people. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and will look forward to a chance to return in the future.

Find us

The neighborhood is very walkable. Getting to our property couldn't be more convenient - we are right on the rte. 21 bus line and we are less than 5 minutes from the intersection of I-94 and Dale St. Parking in the evening can be tight, but we do provide one off-street parking space in our shared driveway. Please do be careful to leave room for our neighbor to get in and out!
